Meow 42 / KittyBabyLove

KittyBabyLove is a small company run by Sara and Ben, who live in Portland. They sell a selection of kitty themed products from their Etsy shop, including these adorable upcycled Kitty Crayons and Beeswax Candles! Have a peek at their cute blog as well. Their beautiful cats are called Lulu (grey), Vasia (white) and Blaquan (black).

Meow 41 / Mel Croft

Mel Croft is an illustrator based in Brighton, UK. Her wonderful illustrations appear in magazines, books and advertising. She is represented by Eye Candy, where you can view more examples of her work. Her gorgeous ginger cat is called Cookie, she is a very soft and cuddly cat but doesn't like to sit on your lap!

Meow 40 / Emily Martin

Emily Martin is based in Portland, where she creates her adorable paintings, dolls and other wonderful treasures for her famous 'Black Apple' Etsy shop. Her amazing dolls usually sell out within minutes after being listed in her shop, so you have to be quick to snatch one up! Emily's beautiful cat is called Miette - check out the Black Apple Blog to see more pictures of him, her life and of course, her work!

Meow 39 / Erin Wallace

Erin Wallace is a designer and printmaker living in Baltimore, where she recently graduated from the Maryland Institue College of Art. These amazing cat designs are available as Letterpress prints and pillows from her Etsy shop! Her beautiful cat is named Toaster.

Meow 38 / Mia Nilsson

Mia Nilsson is an artist and animator living in London. She came from Sweden and has been living in London for the past eleven years. I came across Mia's lovely work at the London Transport Museum where she won an award from the AOI for a competition called 'Cycling in London'. You can see more of Mia's work on her website. She shares her studio with her cat Grace who has the most gorgeous orange eyes!

Meow 37 / Thereza Rowe

Thereza Rowe lives in London with her two black cats Flash Rowe and Kitty Piccolina Rowe who like pink milk almost as much as she does. She creates beautiful mixed media illustrations - check out her lovely blog which is constantly updated with new wonderful projects, and don't forget to visit her shop, too!

Meow 36 / Mia Christopher

Being no stranger to drawing cats and acrobatic characters myself, it's no surprise that I am a huge fan of Mia Christopher's amazing work. Mia is a multi-disciplinary artist living  in San Francisco where she shares her studio with her beautiful smiling cats Bruno and Eloise. Meow 35 / Jamie Ferraioli

Jamie Ferraioli lives in Delaware (US) where she creates these adorable clay figurines. Each one is hand-sculpted and painted with the tiniest of brushes. There are so many different little kitties that I can only show a fraction here, so you must check out her Etsy shop! Her own two cute cats are called Spike and Ein.

Meow 34 / Cassandre Montoriol

Cassandre Montoriol is an illustrator and textiles designer based in Paris, France. I love her quirky cat drawings. You can see more examples of her work on her website. She also has a shop with stylist Virginia Bussierre called Miaow selling a range of accessories. Her black and white cat is called Armstrong.

Meow 33 / Sam McCullen

Sam McCullen is an illustrator and children's book author from the UK. His first picture book 'Billy Back-To-Front' was published by Hodder Children's Books in 2006. You can see more of his fantastic work on his website and blog. 
His hilarious cat is called Billy, the photos make me laugh every time I see them! Billy is a bit of a celebrity as the photo of him with the cat nip was featured in the 2007 'Bad Cat' calendar.

Meow 32 / Kate Larsen

Kate Larsen is a London based graphic designer and illustrator. I met Kate at a craft fair I did just before Christmas and love her work. You can see more examples of her work on her website www.boxofbirds.co.uk She has some lovely prints and brooches on her etsy shop. The photo is of her friend's kitten called Cleo and is a burmese blue, so sweet!

Meow 31 / Laura Hughes

Laura Hughes is a London based illustrator with an adorable cat named Lulu. I was lucky enough to go to university with Laura and it was always exciting to sneak a peek into her sketchbooks! Mimi Kirchner is a Boston-based artist who creates wonderfully imaginative, excuisitely hand-crafted dolls. The beautiful cats above are only a tiny fragment of the amazing range of characters she creates, so make sure to check out her shop! Etsy also made one of their hand-made portrait videos about Mimi, you can check it out here . It makes me so happy and inspired to just look at her work. Her own lovely ginger cat is called Mango.
