Elizabeth Leon-Guerrero is an illustrator from Arlington, WA with an adorable blog called Stoic & Pariah, which happens to be one of my favourite blogs ever! She also has an Etsy shop under the same name where she sells Cat Lady badges among other wonderful things. Elizabeth doesn't have a cat right now but she used to have a gorgeous ginger cat called DC (aka Dumb Cat).

Anne Montel lives in a small city near Bordeaux in the south-west of France. She creates beautiful watercolour illustrations and comics, makes little wooden creatures, cooks lovely food and is amazingly prolific - as is apparent from her blog. You can find some of her lovely creations in her Etsy Shop as well. I recently ordered her fantastic book Shä & Salomé (written by Loïc Clément) about a girl and her cat - it's absolutely brilliant, even if my French is limited and I can't understand everything yet. Anne's black cat is called Minuit. Her childhood cats Pookie and Trinity live with her father.
